Using the Hapzing platform, Cintrifuse is now is able to provide a listing of meet ups, drink ups, webinars, pitch weekends, happy hours, lunch & learns, and seminars to the Cincinnati startup community all in one calendar. Community followers no longer need to painfully comb through various websites, Facebook pages, and newsletters to find the activities that matter to them. The calendar weeds out anything that doesn’t have to do with the startup community.

The calendar lets listed startups easily publish their activities and view other publishers in the community. The unique Month-At-A-Glance heat map gives users a quick overview of the month’s busiest days, and gives incite into when a user should hold their own events. Calendar users can customize their experience by clicking a check box and selecting what startups they want to view in a personal view of the content.  Startups that are not currently listed can become calendar participants via a simple online form. Calendar users can add the events to their personal calendar with a click from the event listing.

The web calendar was designed to fit seamlessly into the Cintrifuse brand by using Cintrifuse’s equity and styles. It was built on top the Hapzing platform and using a custom Parse database. With users accessing the calendar from multiple devices such as iPhones, iPads, and laptops, the calendar needed to be responsive and light weight. But for a more streamlined mobile experience the Hapzing app is available for download and this lets users track publishers like Cintrifuse, a long with other businesses and associations they like.
